Bud Spencer The Legend Whisky Mild is an unpeated blended whisky developed for St. Kilian by master distillers Mario Rudolf and David F. Hynes. It joins Amarone cask notes with triple-distilled Irish whiskey from ex-American bourbon casks at the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk. It continues the licensed Bud Spencer collaboration begun in 2020, and is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill-filtering.
The nose offers creamy vanilla, honey and toffee with ripe peach, red cherry and raspberry. The palate is warming, with spicy oak and toffee giving way to peach and cherry jam. The finish is medium, with red fruit jam, honey and fine brittle.
