Bunnahabhain 18 Year Old is an Islay single malt matured in sherry casks and bottled by the distillery at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The nose is fragrant, with dried fruit, rich honey, nuts, toffee and light spice. On the palate soft sherry notes come with nuts, dried fruit, deep oak and creamy toffee, plus a light saltiness linked to its 18 years of maturation by the coast.
The finish is long, with spice, caramelised fruit and a little oak, turning slightly drier at the end.
