A 35-year-old Bunnahabhain single malt, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2023 by Douglas Laing to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. It is bottled at 40.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent its whole 35 years in a refill sherry butt.
The nose offers pear drops, creme de peche and Manuka honey. On the palate come lemon meringue pie, salted caramel and nutmeg.
