This is an 8 year old unpeated Bunnahabhain single malt from Islay, bottled by Blind Summit at 57.5% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It was matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and is one of 210 bottles, with label artwork by Tyrone Stoddart. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered, and was bottled by hand.
The nose offers wild honey, yellow pear and ripe peach. The palate is creamy and salty, with a coastal character, fruity and refreshing.
