This is a nine-year-old Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, bottled by Signatory Vintage as a 2013 vintage in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The whisky was finished in first-fill Pinot Noir red wine butts, which sets it apart from the more familiar sherry and bourbon casks. The finish is the defining feature of this bottling.
