Bunnahabhain – An Cladach

Bunnahabhain An Cladach is a single malt Scotch whisky inspired by the distillery's coastal setting on Islay. It is meant to show the influence of the sea on the spirit, with an emphasis on sweetness and quiet complexity. The nose brings coastal brine, honey and citrus, with dried fruits and light peat smoke in support. The palate is smooth and rich, with toffee, vanilla and a hint of nuts, plus a gentle maritime note. The finish is of medium length, sweet at first, with a light smokiness that lingers.
