Bunnahabhain – Toiteach a Dhà Single Malt

Toiteach a Dhà is a peated single malt from Bunnahabhain. The name means Smoky Two in Gaelic, and it follows the earlier Bunnahabhain Toiteach. It has a much more pronounced core of sherried spice shining through the smoky plumes. The nose brings roasted peanuts, cinnamon, red chilli flakes, blackcurrants and port. On the palate are sea salt and kippers, dark chocolate, raisins and a hint of melon. The finish is barley, dry smoke and pepper.
