Burnt Ends is a small-batch blended whiskey inspired by American barbecue. It joins Tennessee rye whiskey with peated single malt Scotch that has been finished in Sherry casks, giving a smoky, spicy and savoury character. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 500ml bottle.
The nose offers rye spice and smoke with charred wood, apple and caramelised sweetness. The palate is sweet and spicy, with peat smoke, vanilla, burnt sugar and Sherry-influenced fruit. The warming finish carries rye spice, smoky peat and charred oak.
