This is a blended Scotch whisky from the Spanish bottler Buscavidas, finished in Luis Felipe brandy casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, with a tube that carries matching artwork.
The whisky has a natural mahogany colour, which the label links to ageing in American oak casks that had held Luis Felipe.
The nose offers mint, cinnamon, honey and coffee. On the palate it is mature and complex, opening with the bitterness of the whisky, and the aftertaste recalls the brandy.
