Bushwood Longball Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Bushwood Longball is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle and left non-chill filtered. The mash bill is roughly 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, and the whiskey spent six to seven years in charred American oak. Because it comes from a single barrel, each bottle can differ slightly from the next. The label carries a golf theme. The nose is toasted caramel and butterscotch with soft oak and floral hints. The palate brings creamy honey, sugared plum and vanilla, leading to a spiced, lingering finish.
