Cabernet Sauvignon Corbeau

A red wine from Luretta, made from Cabernet Sauvignon. It shows a medium-intense ruby colour, with aromas of ripe black fruit such as cherry and blackberry, light sweet spice, a subtle herbaceous note and a discreet mineral touch. The structure is balanced, with present but well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity. It suits red meats, roasts, savoury dishes, aged cheeses and mushroom-based preparations, and benefits from moderate serving temperature and brief aeration in the glass.
