This is a 13-year-old Highland single malt from Fettercairn, bottled at 46% by WM Cadenhead as part of its Original Collection. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Fettercairn was founded in 1824, and Cadenhead has bottled independently since 1842.
The nose offers ripe peach, banana and citrus, with hints of honey, malt and light floral notes. On the palate come tropical fruit and juicy pear, with soft vanilla, light spice and a little biscuit, in an oily, rounded texture. The finish is medium to long and fresh, with fruit, gentle spice and a light mineral note.
