This is a 13-year-old Irish single malt selected by the Scottish independent bottler Cadenhead from an undisclosed Irish distillery. It was matured in oak casks and is bottled at 46%. The nose is mainly floral, with honey soon coating white fruit, then a hint of cedar giving way to vanilla. The palate opens on citrus, and dried fruit and nuts gradually appear. The finish stretches out with the flavour of caramelised baked apples.
