This is a 12 year old Mannochmore single malt from the Cadenhead Original Collection, in a 70cl bottle. It was fully matured in bourbon hogsheads.
The nose brings gooseberries, apricots and gorse, grassy and zesty. The palate offers crème brûlée, white pepper, freshly cut wood and white grapefruit. The finish runs to vanilla, green apples, buttery pastries, citrus, soft oak and clotted cream.
