This is the 2023 Edinburgh shop exclusive release from Cadenhead's, a blended malt aged for a minimum of 25 years. It is bottled at 40.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and no chill-filtration.
The nose brings strawberry laces, fruit slices and cheesecake. On the palate are sultanas, medjool dates and shortcake. The finish is dry and nutty, with notes of mandarin orange and nutmeg.
