Cadenhead's Original Collection Benrinnes 11 Year Old is an independently bottled Speyside single malt from Benrinnes Distillery, bottled by William Cadenhead at 46% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whisky was matured for 11 years in Palo Cortado sherry hogsheads, which complement Benrinnes' weighty malt character.
The nose shows dried fruit, toasted nuts and rich malt with dark caramel and spice. On the palate are raisins, dark fruit, nutty sherry and malt sweetness with warming spice. The finish is lingering, with dried fruit, walnuts, oak spice and malt.
