This is a Speyside single malt from Dailuaine Distillery, bottled independently by William Cadenhead in its Original Collection. It was distilled in 2013 and matured for 12 years in Bourbon hogsheads, then bottled at 46% ABV in August 2025 in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has apple crumble, honeycomb, blossom, icing sugar, marzipan and lemon sherbet. On the palate come German apple cake, candied grapes and salted popcorn. The finish brings soft spice, kiwi, chocolate limes, mojito and fresh wood.
