Calle 23 Tequila Blanco is a tequila made from agaves matured for between 7 and 10 years. It is produced by double distillation. The nose offers cooked agave with a hint of cinnamon, fresh mountain herbs and a touch of liquorice. On the palate it is gentle, with a harmonious balance of sweetness, herbal notes and a modern note with a restrained agave essence. It can be sipped or mixed into cocktails. Bottled at 40% vol in a 700 ml bottle.
