Zenaide is a Chardonnay Forlì IGT from Calonga, made from Chardonnay grapes with careful selection. Slow fermentation in barrique shapes the wine, which has an intense straw-yellow colour with delicate golden reflections. The nose offers citrus, tropical fruit and sweet spices, while the palate is soft and intense with a light touch of wood and vanilla. It develops mineral and balsamic notes, with a long, harmonious finish.
