This is a 10 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Calumet Farm, bottled without chill filtration.
It is made in batches of 50 barrels and shows how the distillery's traditional high rye mash bill develops with time. It sits in the middle of the Calumet Legacy Series and has traditional bourbon flavours, with added depth on the nose and in the finish.
The bottling honours the famous thoroughbred sire Bull Lea.
