Calumet Farm – 10 Year Bourbon (75cl)

Calumet Farm 10 Year Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for ten years, in a 750ml bottle. It is a single estate bourbon, matured on site at Calumet Farm in Lexington, Kentucky, a thoroughbred farm founded in 1924 that has produced eight Kentucky Derby winners. It is bottled non-chill filtered, which leaves its natural texture intact. The nose is typically described as rich caramel, toasted oak, vanilla and dried dark fruit with leather undertones. On the palate come toffee, baking spice, dried cherry and well-integrated oak, followed by a long, warming finish of caramel and pepper.
