Calumet Farm – 18 Year Bourbon Trophy Decanter 100th Anniversary (59%)

This is an 18 year old bourbon released in 2025 to mark the 100th anniversary of Calumet Farm, a name known for horse racing as well as bourbon. It is bottled at 59% ABV (118 proof), non-chill filtered, and comes in a glass trophy decanter in a display box. The mash bill is 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley. The nose is caramel, toasted oak and dark fruit with a touch of tobacco. On the palate come vanilla, butterscotch, seasoned oak and baking spices, leading to a long finish of dark chocolate, leather and aged rye spice.
