Calumet Farm – Small Batch 17 & 7 Year Straight Bourbon (75cl)

Calumet Farm Small Batch 17 & 7 Year is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Calumet Farm distillery in Lexington, Kentucky, in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered. The small batch combines barrels aged 17 years with barrels aged 7 years, so the oak and dried fruit of the older whiskey sit alongside the fresher fruit of the younger. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and dried apricot with light oak spice. On the palate come toasted oak, dried cherry, baking spice and honey, and the finish is medium to long, with warm oak, caramel and light pepper.
