Little Book Chapter 9 'None For Granted'

Little Book Chapter 9, 'None For Granted', is a limited-edition blended American whiskey from Freddie Noe, eighth-generation Beam family master distiller. It is the ninth chapter in the Little Book series and blends five mature American straight whiskies, among them an 11-year-old bourbon and an 8-year-old rye. Noe made it as a tribute to the foundational flavours of American whiskey: brown sweets, creamy caramel and oak. The nose brings brown sweets, caramel, vanilla and aged oak. On the palate are ripe apple, butterscotch and baking spices, and the finish is long, with caramel, toasted oak and a hint of rye spice.
