This is a 12 year old Canadian blended whisky, aged in seasoned, charred oak bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. The time in wood gives a darker spirit with a richer, more aromatic flavour.
The aroma is soft, round and creamy, fruity and firm. The taste brings delicate spice and creamy vanilla, balanced by rich wood and honey. The finish is long and dry, with lasting butterscotch.
