This is an 11 year old Caol Ila bottled by Cadenhead's to mark the 10th anniversary of its Club, in a 200ml bottle. It comes from the Sherry Series and was finished in a Palo Cortado hogshead, a sherry cask style that sits between Amontillado and Oloroso.
The whisky is bottled at natural cask strength, 52.7% abv, without chill filtration or added colouring. Caol Ila's coastal smokiness is lifted by milk chocolate and nutty sweetness. 1059 bottles were produced.
