This is a single-cask Islay malt from Caol Ila, bottled by the independent bottler Rare Find for the Fèis Ìle 2026 collection. The 12-year-old whisky was finished for three months in a Tawny Port octave.
It is bottled at 58.3% in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 63 bottles.
The nose brings mince pies, cola cubes, medicinal peat smoke and pineapple chunks. The palate has soft brown sugar, cola bottles, anise chews and lingering coastal smoke, and the finish carries lemon gel, iodine and fading sweet fruits.
