This Caperdonich is a 22 year old Speyside single malt from Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection, bottled at 55.9% in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled on 6 July 2000, matured in a hogshead and bottled on 28 November 2022. The outturn was 285 bottles.
The nose is fruity, with pear, honey, apple, melon, papaya and a hint of wax. The palate is full, balancing sweet fruit such as pear and orange against spicier notes, oak and grain. The finish is medium in length, with a slight bitterness at the end.
