This is a 26-year-old Caperdonich single malt, distilled in 2000 and released as the 200th bottling from Alistair Walker, as part of his Infrequent Flyers Collection. Caperdonich, in Rothes, was built as the sister distillery to Glen Grant and closed in 2002. This whisky was matured in a refill hogshead and is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
