Cardhu 12 Years is a single malt Scotch whisky from The Cardhu Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It has a golden, honey colour and a full body.
The nose is floral, with cherry, nectarine, pear and nuts. With a little water it opens to malted cereal, soft wood, spice and light traces of smoke. The palate is soft and balanced, with notes of light brown sugar, chocolate and earth, and the finish is fairly short and dry.
