This is a Speyside single malt from Cardhu, distilled in 2016 and bottled at 9 years old by James Eadie at 52.4% ABV. It forms part of a collection inspired by W. Y. Crowe's work The Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland (1922-1929).
The whisky matured in first fill bourbon hogsheads and is bottled without chill-filtration.
The bourbon casks are described as adding vanilla, honey and orchard fruits to Cardhu's soft, approachable spirit.
