Carlo Alberto Riserva Bianco Vermouth (75cl)

Carlo Alberto Riserva Bianco is a white vermouth from Piedmont, made entirely from two Piedmontese DOCG wines, Erbaluce di Caluso and Moscato d'Asti. Its recipe pays tribute to the 1837 aperitif wine prepared for King Carlo Alberto, and it uses 27 botanicals, grown organically or bought from selected producers. The bottle's design draws on Turin's architecture, from Palazzo Madama to Liberty-style details and the colonnade of the Gran Madre. It is sweet yet fine and elegant, with elderflower and syrupy fruit. It is intended for mixing with any spirit in cocktails.
