Carlo Alberto Vermouth Riserva Rosso (75cl)

Carlo Alberto Riserva Rosso is a red vermouth from Piedmont, made to a recipe that pays tribute to the 1837 aperitif wine once prepared for King Carlo Alberto's court. It is built on two Piedmontese DOCG wines, Erbaluce di Caluso and Moscato d'Asti. Twenty-seven botanicals go into it, grown organically or bought from selected producers. The bottle's design draws on Turin's architecture, from Palazzo Madama to the Gran Madre colonnade. Warm spices, red fruit, orange peel and exotic quassia give it a marked character, and it is made to mix well with any spirit in a cocktail.
