Carlo Alberto Riserva Extra Dry is a dry vermouth from Piedmont, made entirely from two DOCG wines, Erbaluce di Caluso and Moscato d'Asti. Its recipe pays tribute to one dating from 1837, based on the aperitif wine prepared for King Carlo Alberto's court.
Twenty-seven botanicals go into it, grown organically or bought from selected growers. Although very dry, it keeps a soft, light feel that lets the herbs come through.
It is made to mix well with any spirit in a cocktail. The bottle's design draws on the architecture of Turin.
