Peatwave Nr. 10 is a 15 year old Highland single malt bottled by Caskhound as a single cask, in a 70cl bottle at 54.5% ABV. It was distilled on 10 December 2009, fully matured in a refill puncheon and bottled in January 2025, giving 307 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose combines floral and herbal notes with vanilla custard, peach, grapes and a gentle peat smoke. Smoky milk chocolate leads the palate, with heather, hay and candied ginger. The finish is medium and dry, with cocoa powder, tobacco and a little ash.

Cool and fresh at first, then soft and round; spice, dried apricots and raisins, smoky milk chocolate, heather, hay, earthy moss, crisp grapes, unripe peach, vanilla, candied ginger, dark chocolate, turning dry
Medium and pleasantly dry; cocoa powder, wood, spicy tobacco, a subtle smoke, chocolate truffle and a little ash
