Catoctin Creek Roundstone Single Barrel is a rye whisky in the pre-Prohibition style, made from 100% locally sourced rye. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The spirit was aged in new white oak for nearly two years, and it shows true grain character despite its youth. It is described as smooth, with a woody taste and notes of caramel and rich toffee.
