Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC Cirelli

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Cirelli has a vivid, bright cherry-pink colour. The nose is clear and direct, with fresh strawberries and cherries, rose petal, a light citrus note and a herbaceous hint. On the palate it is agile and well balanced, with lively acidity, medium body and soft tannins. The texture is savoury, with fruity returns and good persistence. It suits aperitifs, seafood starters, raw vegetables, delicate cured meats, tomato-based pasta and grilled fish. Serve chilled, around 10-12 °C, in not too wide glasses.
