Cesaroni Passerina IGT

A fresh, linear white wine in keeping with the character of the grape. The nose shows white flowers, citrus, white peach, light herbal notes and minerals. On the palate there is good acidity supporting a lean structure, with clean fruity returns and a dry, persistent finish. The wine is clear and bright with delicate reflections, and has a medium-light body. It suits fish dishes, shellfish, composed salads, light pasta and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif or everyday bottle. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C.
