Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOP - Cesaroni

A red wine from Cesaroni, Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOP. It shows a bright ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose opens on small red fruits, rose petals, light spice and a herbaceous accent. The palate is soft and enveloping, with red fruit, gentle tannins and lively acidity. The finish is persistent and savoury, inviting another sip without heaviness. It pairs with cured-meat starters, light meat sauces, white meats and medium-aged cheeses, and suits informal, convivial drinking. Serve at 16-18 C in a wide tulip glass, opening a few minutes beforehand if desired.
