Cesaroni Pecorino IGT

A white wine from Cesaroni, focused on varietal expression without artifice. In the glass it is straw-coloured with bright reflections. The nose opens with white flowers, delicate aromatic herbs and citrus notes, with a fruity undertone recalling white peach and apple. The olfactory progression is clear, with balance between freshness and body, and a slightly savoury close. On the palate it is pleasant and easy to drink, with a fresh texture and acidity supporting the fruit; the finish is clean with good persistence.
