Cevico Fantasia Creola Scura (70cl)

Cevico Fantasia Creola Scura is a concentrated red with an impenetrable colour and violet reflections. The nose opens with ripe fruit, light spicy hints and earthy notes. The palate is full and round: warm but controlled, with present, polished tannins, supporting freshness and a satisfying persistence. It suits roast meats, braises, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes or dark chocolate. Serve at cellar temperature and allow a few minutes in the glass.
