Grappa Al Miele - Cevico (70cl)

A honey grappa from Cevico, balancing the firm character of grappa with the softness of honey. The nose brings warm honey, field flowers and a light dried-fruit note. On the palate it is rounded and balanced, with gentle warmth and a velvety feel, and a dry close that avoids excess sweetness. It works after a meal with fruit-based desserts or medium-aged cheeses, or served slightly chilled in small quantities at the end of dinner.
