Sassolino Cevico (70cl)

A liqueur with an immediate and recognisable aromatic profile of anise and liquorice, supported by a calibrated sweetness. On the palate it is pleasantly round, with a soft body and well-integrated alcoholic texture, and a persistence dominated by herbaceous and spicy notes. It works as a digestif served cold or slightly chilled, in mixology for long drinks and coffee-based cocktails, and with dry pastries, chocolate and cream desserts, hazelnuts and toasted almonds.
