Chardonnay IGT 'Battista' from Tenuta Pandolfa is an organic white wine. It shows fresh, linear aromas of white-fleshed fruit and white flowers, with moderate intensity. On the palate it is clean, with lively acidity and a savoury texture, leaving a discreet finish with ripe fruit and a slight citrus note. It suits everyday pairings such as white fish, simple shellfish, rich salads and dishes with vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve in a wide glass at around 8-10 C.
