Tenuta Pandolfa Federico Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC

A red wine from Tenuta Pandolfa, made solely from Sangiovese and produced under the Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC. It is aged partly in steel and partly in wood for some months. The wine has an intense ruby red colour, with aromas of ripe cherry, violet and delicate spice, and a solid but harmonious structure with well-integrated tannins and persistent freshness. It suits robust Romagna dishes such as tagliatelle alla bolognese, roast meats and medium-aged cheeses.
