A Chardonnay from the Rubicone area, made by Enio Ottaviani. It is straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose shows green apple, white peach, white flowers and a light touch of vanilla and butter from brief barrique ageing. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with fresh acidity, medium structure and delicate minerality. It works as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish, grilled chicken and soft cheeses.
