Romagna Pagadebit DOP - Strati - Enio Ottaviani

A white wine made from Bombino Bianco grapes by Enio Ottaviani in Romagna. It is pale straw yellow, sometimes with greenish reflections when young, with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, hawthorn flowers and light citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh and harmoniously balanced, with lively acidity, a discreet savouriness and delicate mineral nuances. It suits aperitifs, light seafood starters, fresh salads, delicate vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and simply prepared fish. Serve at about 8-10°C.
