A single cask Japanese single malt from Chichibu, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2024 at 63% ABV. It was matured in a virgin French oak cask, a type not often seen among Chichibu releases, and the cask gave 285 bottles. This edition was produced exclusively for Switzerland.
Chichibu is in Saitama Prefecture and was established in 2007 by Venture Whisky, whose principal brand is Ichiro's Malt. The distillery uses a wide range of casks, including ex-bourbon, sherry and Japanese Mizunara oak.
