This is a six-year-old Chichibu from Japan, bottled by Adelphi at 58.1% ABV. The whisky was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025. It matured in a first fill bourbon barrel, and the bottling is a single cask release, with 210 bottles drawn from cask 9197. Tasting notes describe tropical fruit, caramel and toffee.
