Ichiro's Malt & Grain is a Japanese blended whisky from Chichibu, released as a limited edition in 2020.
The nose is of vineyard peach and dried apricots, with vanilla cream and a little citrus peel.
On the palate, caramel and barley malt come with gingerbread and exotic fruit such as mango, papaya and passion fruit. Fresh grass and forest honey follow, with a little pepper.
